ABOUT OUR CLIENT:
Our client is a leading P&C insurance brokerage representing some of Canada's leading insurers. 
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

As an experienced Property & Casualty Insurance professional (primarily property insurance) you will review phone calls and the policies resulting from completed sales by a team of licensed insurance brokers to ensure both compliance and quality before submitting policies to the insurer. 

  • Monitor, evaluate, provide feedback and coach Insurance advisors in order to ensure appropriate coverages and accurate information was provided to callers.
  • Make recommendations and/ or develop individualized performance plans to meet standards.
  • Analyze / review policy documentation for completed sales to identify errors, omissions and compliance issues and provide appropriate coaching to insurance advisors (brokers).
  • Provide feedback to team Manager(s) and take direction
  • Work with internal and client stakeholders to recommend and refine quality evaluation criteria
  • Work with senior management to develop and deliver on quantitative quality metrics
  • Tracking and reporting of session results where applicable
  • ​Occassionally work as an Insurance Advisor selling home and auto insurance in an inbound sales environment during busy periods or when others are absent. All sales leads are provided – no prospecting or cold calls required!

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3-5 years Personal Lines Home Insurance experience
  • RIBO license  or OTL and willingness to write the RIBO exam  immediately (if OTL licensed)
  • Working knowledge of Applied Epic and Rating Services preferred
  • Strong written communication skills including grammar / spelling skills
  • HIGHLY detail oriented and analytical
  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills
  • Flexibility to occassionaly work evenings if required
  • Leadership experience or quality auditing experience would be an asset
  • Experience with implementation of corrective action programs would be an asset
  • Strong listening and assessment skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • HIGH accuracy when performing all work assignments.
  • Work with a positive attitude that reflects favourably upon the company
