  1. Eric Young
    Managing Director
    Eric Young has been providing support services to Contact Centers & Back Office departments since 1986. He offers an extensive network of Subject Matter Expertise for Contact Centre technology, operations, telecom, Six Sigma, Project Management and Business Analysis. Most of his experience has been focused on Lean process improvement initiatives within contact centre operations. In 1996, Eric founded and still operates a consulting practice focused on lean efficiency and improved customer experience within contact centre operations and supporting back office departments in regulated markets such as pharmaceutical, insurance, health care etc. He has also built and led some of Toronto’s largest contact centers and has successfully re-shaped operations by applying Lean Management concepts to operational work. Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Six Sigma Masters Black Belt Certification, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, Lean Management Certification and is also a past Executive Committee member of the Canadian Marketing Association, Telemarketing council.
