As sales growth & contact center consultants, we have earned a reputation as being the definitive source for inside & outside sales, call center and it professionals.

 

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:

o    Responsible for generating Qualified Sales Leads (QPC) for our clients each week

o    Cold calling to introduce client services and ask 4-5 qualifying questions to see if prospects would be interested in learning more about a product or service. You will NOT be required to close the sale

o    Meet weekly quota’s of producing a targeted number of leads each week for each client program (on average most programs require 4-5 leads each week but this varies by account).

o    Record the telephone calls

o    Provide and receive regular feedback from Manager

 

WEEKLY PRODUCTION:

On average you should be able to generate one lead for every 2 hours of calling (or better).

·         Most client campaigns require between 3-5 leads per week (approx. 10 hours)

·         We have multiple client campaigns so you would work either part time or full time depending on how many client campaigns you would like to work on. This flexibility is a big attraction for many members of our team.

CALL RECORDING:

Our clients require us to record the leads we generate for training and quality control purposes. The details of how this is possible while working from home are as follows:

·         TCA will provide recording software for your computer

·         You will likely need to purchase a wire with a modular jack from The Source to allow you to record to your computer. This is a simple wire that will plug into the mic Jack on your computer and the other end into the receiver wire of your  telephone. There are two types depending on the type of phone that you have

o   Corded Phone:    The Source part #: 4318237, Telephone Recording Unit

o   Cordless Phone: The Source part #: 4308998, Cordless Phone Recording Unit 

o   Price of this device is approx. $25 which we will reimburse you for if you stay with us for more than one month

·         When you complete a call and find that the call did not result in a lead we recommend deleting these recordings and keeping only those that turned out to be leads.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

o    2+ years of proven outbound inside sales experience is a must

o    Experience and success achieving weekly targets/quotas

o    Must have a computer telephone, internet and appropriate work-from—home work area

o    Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills

o    Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect at all levels

o    Must be self-driven and self-motivated

o    Strong time management & organizational skills

o    Strong leadership skills

o    English [Advanced] must be impeccable
