Collection & Use of InformationInformation
TCA only collects personal infomation about applicants whom proactively send resumes for specific position opportunities. This information is NEVER shared with potential employers or anyone else without the prior consent of the applicant. We use this information, provided by the applicant, ONLY for the intended purpose stated at the time it is collected. We NEVER share or sell personal information with third parties.
Business Information
PIPEDA states that personal information does NOT include the name, title or business address or telephone number of an employee of an organization. This is the only information we collect. We believe that the email address is part of your business address. TCA follows the Canadian Marketing Association's code of ethic's and standards of practice.
TCA maintains a list of individuals interested in Customer Interactions or Privacy to whom we periodically send out newsletters or other relevant information. This information is offered on an "opt in" and "opt out" basis. Your name may have been added to our list due to: your attendance at a TCA speaking engagement or your organization has identified you as the contact for Customer Interaction activity or Privacy. You may unsubscribe at any time. We NEVER share or sell this information with third parties.
Client information, proprietary systems, processes and practices are always kept highly confidential. TCA will always sign a client specific Non-Disclosure Agreement that governs the use of this information. TCA employee's or contractors are also required to sign a similar document for EVERYclient project.
